On September 19th, 2019, the AATC recieved the Legacy Builder Award from the Huron Waterloo Pathways Initiative for the club’s outstanding support of Karen’s Trail and the completion of the B2B.   Dina Shtull, Javier Pescador, and JJ Jankowski were present at the festive event to accept the award on behalf of the club.  Presenting the award was Lew Kidder, husband of the late Karen, who, along with Karen, has a long history with AATC including directing Dexter A2.  The evening recognized all the donors and public and private partners who have been working together on this initiative which will allow runners, walkers, and bikers to move off of the road and onto a safer path.
