AATC A2 Run & Tour: North Campus Art Run: Saturday, April 13th –

Organized by Ella August

Check out some of UM and Ann Arbor’s most interesting outdoor art sculptures!  Over a 3 mile course, we will explore all kinds of interesting shapes, colors, sizes, textures, and concepts.  Some are impossible to miss, hulking over the passersby with bright colors and odd shapes. Others are small and hidden.  Many have interesting stories!  See, feel, and hear for yourself on Saturday, 9 am. April 13th.  Meet at 8:45am in front of the flag poles near the Duderstadt Center, 2281 Bonisteel.  Park on Bonisteel Blvd (free and legal on Saturdays).

Because there are frequent stops and sections of the route that are off road, below is just a general outline.  We’ll plan to run together.

Start out on Bonisteel Blvd running east.  Turn right onto Beal Ave and run almost down to Fuller Rd and then make a U-turn.  Head north on Beal and take a right onto Hayward.  Follow Hayward for a short distance, then turn around and get back onto Beal heading south.  Taking some stairs, cut through The Grove heading west, cross Murfin, and then jump onto Duffield still heading west.  Left onto Baits and head south until we reach the School of Music.  Run off road going back east and end at the starting point.
