- Saturday May 8: Polar Ice Cap Open (Midland, MI) -- this is a good tune-up meet for the newer and less experienced track athletes.
- Saturday May 15: Gail Blackwell Invitational (Lima, OH)
- Saturday May 29: Detroit Jets Invitational (Detroit Central High School)
- Saturday June 12: Midland Invitational (Midlland High School)
- Saturday June 12: USATF State T&F Championship (optional)
- Thursday-Friday, June 17-18: AAU District Multi-Event & Pole-Vault District Qualifier (Oxford, MI)
- Saturday-Sunday, June 19-20: AAU District Qualifier (Southfield High School) ***
- Saturday June 26: Blazers Invitational (Albion College)
- Tuesday-Sunday, June 29-July 4: USA Youth Outdoor National T&F Championships (Lisle, IL) ***
- Saturday-Sunday, July 10-11: AAU National Qualifier (North Farmington High School)
- Saturday-Sunday, July 10-11: USATF Regional T&F Championships (Richmond, KY) ***
- Saturday July 17: James Bibbs Invitational (Lansing, MI)
- Thursday-Saturday, July 29 - August 7: AAU National T&F Championships (Norfolk, VA) ***
NOTES
- Athletes competing in the AAU District Qualifier (Saturday-Sunday, June 19-20) must receive a fair mark in their events in order to advance to the AAU National Qualifier (Saturday-Sunday, July 10-11). It doesn't matter where an places in his/her event(s) -- it just has to be a "fair" mark (meaning: no disqualifications).
- Athletes must meet the "USATF Performance Standards" in their age-divisions for their respective events in order to enter the USA Youth Outdoor National T&F Championships. The performance standards are posted at http://www.usatf.org/events/2010/USAYouthOutdoorTFChampionships/entry/qualifyingStandards.asp
- Athletes competing in the AAU National Qualifier (July 10-11) must place in the top 4 in their respective age-divisions, in order to advance to the AAU National T&F Championships (July 29 - August 7 in VA).
- Athletes competing at the USATF State Championship (June 12) must place in the top-6 in their respective age-divisions in order to advance to the USATF Regional T&F Championships (July 10-11 in KY).
