Time: 7:00 AM in summer and 8:00 am in fall
Join a large diverse group of runners for a long run. How fast is fast? Depends on the time of year but a few break 6 min / mi. How slow is slow? Several people run well over 10 min / mi. The point is that there is probably somebody running your speed. How long is long? That's the best part, you decide. We set out a course, complete with direction signs and water stops. But it is usually set up as an out and back. Want to run six miles turn around at the three mile water stop. Ten or so, turn around at the 5 mile mark. Training for a marathon? All the way to the turnaround is sixteen to twenty two.
