We host these workouts to help improve our fitness and performance. These are for members, but non-members are welcome to take a test-drive.

Tuesday Night Workouts
These are coached interval workouts held at various venues year-round.

Workouts move outdoors on April 3, 2007. Meet at the UM Outdoor Track, adjacent to
the Indoor Track Building, 1000 S. State St., 48109. (Enter the gates to the north of Yost, The track is on the right).

Time:

Warm up at 6:30pm, workouts begin at 7:00pm.

Stani Bohac is the coach for the outdoor season. There is no cost to AATC members. JOIN
